- What are my payment options?
- You can use your credit card to pay for any plan. For your convenience, subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. We use Stripe as our payment provider to securely handle payments. Your card details are never stored.
- Can I cancel my subscription?
- Yes, we can automatically downgrade you at your next renewal date. Your subscription will remain active at its current level through the end of the billing period that you’ve already paid for. We do not offer refunds for already paid periods.
- Where can I see or change my existing plan?
- When signed in to our application, go to Settings and then Billing to see all information regarding your plan. You may change it there, or directly via the buttons on this page.
- Are αc Portfolios included in the pricing plans?
- No, any subscriptions you may have to an αc Portfolio will be billed separately on top of your existing plan.
- Do you handle trades at my broker?
- No, Alphacubator only helps you with portfolio construction and information regarding rebalancing updates. What you do with this information is up to you.
